Chaplain's Aide
- Be prepared to pray or lead
inspirational thought at all meetings
- Lead and coordinate a worship
service at all campouts

Historian
- Take pictures at all meetings and
Troop events
- Collect programs, fliers, etc.
from all events
- Decorate and maintain Troop
bulletin board
- Present a scrapbook at the court
of honor

OA Representative
- Attend OA meetings on a REGULAR
basis (90%)
- Maintain a bulletin board and make
regular announcements.
- Coordinate OA troop
elections

Scribe
- Coordinate taking attendance at
every meeting and event
- Take notes at PLC and distribute
copies at next regular meeting
- Collect and maintain list of names
whenever money is collected

|
Quartermaster
- Buy food for scouts on camp outs when
appropriate
- Coordinate Patrol menus for camp outs
- Help Adult quartermaster maintain cleanliness and
order of troop trailer when needed.

Patrol Leader
- 1st class not required
- Lead Patrol in activities
- Keep Patrol informed with calls or emails
- Be the liason between the boys and the SPL
